Pakistan Hands Over 100 Tons of Relief Materials to Flood-Affected Nepal

Kathmandu: Pakistan has handed over 100 tons of relief materials to Nepal to support people affected by the devastating floods and landslides that have caused widespread damage across the country.
The relief consignment, which arrived in Kathmandu on Monday, includes tents, blankets, mats, hygiene kits and essential medicines.

Pakistan’s Ambassador to Nepal, H.E. Aamir Khan, formally handed over the relief materials to Nepal’s Minister Mahabir Pun. The assistance is aimed at supporting flood- and landslide-affected communities and addressing their immediate humanitarian needs.
Speaking on the occasion, Ambassador Khan said Pakistan’s support for the people of Nepal remains steadfast. He reiterated Pakistan’s solidarity with the Government and people of Nepal at a difficult time and expressed readiness to extend further assistance as needed.
Pakistan also conveyed its deepest sympathies to the families who lost their loved ones in the floods and landslides and to all those affected by the disaster.
The latest assistance reflects Pakistan’s continued humanitarian support for Nepal as the country works to respond to the impact of the devastating floods and landslides.
